This is a certified course that takes the runners through many scenic areas. 1st-3rd Place M/F overall winners and certain age catgories will recieve trophies. All participants will receive a medal upon crossing the finish line. Commemorative t-shirts will be guaranteed to participants who registered by the deadline.

Swimming (400 meters), Biking (10 miles), and Running (3.1 Miles) in a single event. Teams must consist of 3 individuals. Commemorative t-shirts will be guaranteed to participants that register by deadline. 1st-3rd place overall M/F winners & 1st-3rd placement in certain age categories will receive a trophy. All participants will receive a medal upon crossing the finish line. Light refreshments will follow the event.
